Surface finishing by sandblasting

In addition to wood products, we have been operating a sandblasting shop since 1971. With this we have specialized in surface finishing of various materials such as iron, steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, copper, wood, glass, plexiglass, plastic and sanitary acrylic.

With soft woods such as oak, fir and spruce, the wood structure comes out particularly well. Creates a rustic look. Old paint and glazes can also be removed in an environmentally friendly way.

We are able to design glass panes individually with lettering and motifs. It is also possible to make the entire pane opaque without any significant loss of light.

For metallic materials, rust, paint, scale and tarnish can be removed (by welding). Furthermore, it is possible to ink light machining marks such as from turning or milling. It is also possible to remove these machining traces completely.

In the course of time, we have extended our range of materials to be blasted to include plastics. Here, it is also possible to remove light machining marks in order to achieve a homogeneous and high-quality surface. Furthermore, we are able to roughen plastics in order to make them non-slip. This method is often used, for example, for Plexiglas bonding, handles or shower trays.
