Our numerous customers include companies that need to have smooth plastic parts roughened for their production. For example, we treat plastic handles with sandblasting in our sandblasting shop to achieve high slip resistance. But we can also appropriately process drive shafts and other products made of acrylic and polystyrene on your behalf with the proven sandblasting of plastic. Please also contact us if you want us to matt plates made of plastic or similar materials. This method is mainly used for glossy, reflective and clear plastic sheets and bodies that are to be made matt or opaque by sandblasting. These include, for example, illuminated walls and shelves, lampshades and bodies, and bases.
Plastic sandblasting as a decorative design process
In addition, we use sandblasting for plastics as a process for our customers to decorate surfaces made of acrylic glass and comparable materials as desired. If you wish, we can, for example, only partially frost information boards, displays and plastic panes and provide them with lettering, logos or detailed motifs.
We can also produce for you by means of stand steel technique:
