1921 Wilhelm Kienzler began manufacturing Black Forest cuckoo pipes in a rented workshop.
1928, a residential building was erected at the present location, with manufacturing rooms underneath.
1951, in response to the increasing demand for cuckoo pipes, a two-story factory building was also constructed next door.
1967 Wilhelm Kienzler handed over his business to his son Willi, who continued the company under the name Wilhelm Kienzler KG.
Shortly thereafter, the existing building was extended and new assembly rooms were set up.
1971, the business was expanded with a sandblasting shop, where mainly wood and glass surfaces were designed. For this purpose, an existing warehouse in the adjacent Ochsenmatte was converted.
1978, the old residential building had to make way for a new building whose two lower floors served as production and office space for new machines and a more modern administration.
1993 the sons Holger and Alexander took over the company and the KG became Kienzler Holzwaren GmbH.
In the course of the following years, disposable wooden cutlery, wooden cubes and blocks as well as the individual production of wooden parts were added as new products.
In the field of sandblasting, the company also expanded its spectrum to include the processing and finishing of metal and plastic surfaces.
