For more than 90 years our company has been producing high-quality wooden goods, such as the original Black Forest cuckoo whistles, in frame construction. Later, the assortment was also expanded with a simpler solid wood version with a plastic clay head as a cheaper alternative.
Through years of experience with cuckoo pipes we have become the perfect partner for filigree and exact products made of wood.
With this knowledge also our high-quality wooden cuckoos were created. They have been part of our permanent production range for more than 20 years now.

In addition to standard sizes, we also manufacture wooden bases, cuboids and similar blocks. Just like the wooden cubes, our disposable wooden cutlery is of high quality.
It has a smooth surface, rounded prongs, is free of splintering and very stable. Therefore, it is also very suitable for firmer foods such as sausage and meat. The disposable wooden cutlery can also be customized with brandings. For company logos with and without text, it is ideal for promotional purposes to stand out from the crowd.
Surface treatment in the sandblasting shop
In addition, with a sandblasting shop, we still specialize in the surface treatment of wood, glass, plexiglass, plastic, metal and precious metals.
With woods such as spruce, fir and oak, the wood structure can be particularly emphasized by sandblasting.
Glass becomes opaque through the sandblasting process without significant loss of light. We also have the possibility to design your glass individually with motifs and writings.
By sandblasting, metals can be derusted, de-lacquered or descaled. Glass bead blasting is used to achieve a homogeneous surface on high-quality metals, such as stainless steel.
Light milling and grinding marks can be touched up and tarnish can be almost completely removed. Sandblasting is also suitable for roughening plastic sheets for bonding or as an anti-slip surface.
